All of our puppies will be spayed or neutered before going to their new homes. We will not offer a spay/ neuter contract as unfortunately these contracts are not always honored, and that is when problems can occur with unwanted pups ending up in shelters or worse. If you do not agree with our chioces we will be happy to direct you to other breeders that may possibly be able to fill your needs. We reserve the right to hold back at least 2 pups per litter for breeding purposes .

Cream Of The Crop Goldendoodles and Poodles have gone to great lengths to assure our dogs very good health and temperment. Each one of our Ladies and Gents have undergone all the nessessary health testing, screening , exercise and special diet to be of excellent breeding quality . Even though we have done our best to see that we have bred healthy tested dogs, there can be the chance of a genetic problem randomly occuring.
We offer a two year genetic warranty against a health problem that would cause a dogs good quality of life to be altered. We guarantee that our puppies are free of life threatening genetic disorders such as hip and elbow dysplagia, blindness VWb, and addisons disease.
a). Hip and or Elbow Dysplasia-Severe case (must be life threatening or requiring pain medication or surgery) as diagnosed by OFA or OVC. An OVC grade 3+ of OFA mild to severly dysplastic is warranting for a refund or puppy replacement. A letter is sent home with each puppy, warning the new owner of the risk of allowing the dog to become overweight or obese and not to allow excessive use of stairs or excessive exercise, as this can lead to possible hip or elbow problems when it is under 15 months of age.
b). Eyes- Cataracts or Progressive Retinal Attrophy must be diagnosed by a veterinary Ophthalmologist.
All testing and examinations, reports, x-rays ect. are the sole responsibility of the new owner (you) and should be sent to our veterinarian for consultaion. If one of the above defects are found present in your dog , the purchaser (you) has a choice of either of two options.
"If" that were to happen we would expect the purchaser (you) to contact us "immediately" to disscuss the problem and options.
a). We will either (at our discression) refund up to the original purchase price of the said pup "towards" any vets costs ,or
b). We will replace the puppy with an available pup or a pup from an upcoming litter .
Before this guarantee is useable , any and all documentaion of the problem must be verified by (a CERF exam for eyes and OFA report for recent proof of hip dysplasia ect.) and sent to our veterinarian for consultation . Should we require a second opinion of a second veterinarian it will be at (our cost).
We stand behind our dogs 100%.
Each puppy will leave for their new home with a vet written letter assuring the puppy to be disease free and in good health at the time of delivery. The purchaser must have the puppy checked over by a licensed veterinarian within 48hrs. upon recieveing the puppy in order to make this part of our guarantee valid.
Cream Of The Crop Goldendoodles and Poodles will "not" pay any veterinarian costs "without prior discussions" or "agreement" to the treatment or procedures that are recommended by a licensed veterinarian, until they have been verified by a veterinarian of our choice. When a puppy has arrived and appears not well , Cream of the Crop Goldendoodles and Poodles will cover "only" the veterinarian costs incurred by "that" particular illness. Costs incurred by incidents which have occurred "after" the purchaser has taken possession of the puppy will "not" be cover by the breeder.
Accidents causing great harm and injury can happen to new puppies and Cream of the Crop Goldendoodles and Poodles is NOT responsible for such injuries. Examples of some of these types of incidents are:
The purchaser(you) agrees not to allow the puppy to become overweight as this can cause stress to their growing bones. The purchaser(you) also agrees to a scale of light to moderate exercise to ensure good health for at least the first year of the pups life.
The purchaser(you) agrees to feed the pup the proper amounts of a healthy well balanced diet of the food that your pup has been raised on or another food of eqaul nutritional value that is approved by your veterinarian.
The puchaser(you) agrees to take the pup to puppy obedience classes before the age of 6 months. Most puppy classes start at 4 months, once the pup has recieved their complete third set of shots, including their Rabies vaccination .
It is the purchasers (you) responsibility and choice to have your pup vaccinated ,(we encourage you to speak with your vet) if you choose not to protect your pet in this way, we will not be held liable for any type of communicable disease contacted once the pup has left our home. A healthy puppy is a happy puppy.
The purchaser(you) agrees to give your puppy a loving and caring home safe from harm and in a protected living enviroment. ie. fenced yard, fenced feilds. fenced pools or ponds or waterfront area. Puppies are like small children and can wonder off in a flash. It is your sole responsibility to keep this dog safe at all times.
The purchaser (you) agrees not to allow the puppy to go up and down stairs in excess for the first year of it's life, as this can cause serious hip and or joint problems in order to make this part of our guarantee valid.
The purchaser (you) agrees to contact and return the dog to the breeder immediately if you are no longer able to care for your dog at Any time during the dogs life. We do not want any of our dogs to end up in a shelter situation, or worse. If the purchaser(you) has honoured the rest of our agreement , then the breeder will riemburse the purchaser 3/4 of the purchase price if it is within the first year of the dogs life, only if the dog is shown by our vet to be in good health. After that time at the breeders discression , we will pay up to 1/2 the purchase price less any shipping costs if needed . Payment will be made only after the dog has been rehomed.
