Are

type of personal companion or family pet that you truly want?

you know the cost of raising and caring for a dog?
If
you feel comfortable with your answers to these and the following
questions , then please feel free to fill out and forward your
application onto us.
We
will contact you either through email or by phone , if you
haven't heard from us within 24hrs please either email us for
confirmation or call us.
Once
we have had the opportunity to disscuss your application and we
are both sure that one of our puppies will be suited to you and your
family, then we require that you send the ($300.00) non-refundable
deposit . We will accept a bank draft or a Canadian money
order. Once
the deposit is recieved you will be placed on our puppy now list , or,
our puppy waitlist.
All
puppies must be paid for in full by 6weeks of age.
Please
remember to print out a copy of the agreements and send it to us with
your SIGNATURE.

The
purpose of this agreement is for the purchase of an F1 or
an F1b Goldendoodle Puppy from the seller, Linda Chudy of Cream
of
The Crop Goldendoodles And Poodles, of Parksville, B.C. Canada.
A
non-refundable deposit of $350.00 Cdn. is required with this agreement
to reserve a puppy.
I
understand that if any false information has been given, Cream of
The Crop Goldendoodles and Poodles reserves the right to cancel this
agreement with me.
